About Chartick
Chartick is an AI chart analysis tool for traders and investors. You give it a market — either by picking a symbol from our list of 161 markets or by uploading a screenshot of any chart — and it reads the price action and returns a structured breakdown: trend bias, momentum, support and resistance levels, candlestick and pattern observations, and risk flags.
Chartick is not a broker and does not execute trades. You cannot buy, sell or hold anything through it, and it does not connect to a trading account. It is a reading and research tool: it sets out what the chart shows, and what you do with that reading is entirely your decision.
AI chart analysis means a vision model looks at the chart the way a human analyst would — reading candles, structure, trend and levels directly from the image or from live price data — and then writes up what it sees in plain language.
In Chartick this runs two ways. If you pick a market symbol, we pull live price data and technical indicators and analyse those directly. If you upload a screenshot, the model reads the chart image itself, identifies the symbol and timeframe where it can, and we enrich the result with real market data when we recognise the instrument.
The output is a description of current conditions, not a prediction. Two analyses of the same chart can differ because the market moved between them.
Chartick is built for people who already look at charts and want a faster, more structured read — active traders, part-time traders who cannot watch the screen all day, and investors checking a position before they act.
It is particularly suited to Gulf and MENA markets: 109 of our 161 covered assets are Saudi (Tadawul), Abu Dhabi (ADX), Qatar (QE) and Egypt (EGX) listings, alongside US stocks, major currency pairs, commodities and crypto.
You do not need to be an expert — the analysis is written in plain language. But Chartick assumes you make your own decisions. It is not a signal service and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
No. Chartick is not a broker, an exchange, a trading platform or a portfolio manager. You cannot open a position, deposit or withdraw money, or connect a brokerage account.
Chartick reads charts and market data and gives you an analysis. Everything you do with that — including whether to trade at all — happens elsewhere, with a broker you choose and are responsible for. We hold no client money and never touch your trading account.
No. Chartick does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals or personalised guidance, and nothing it produces should be treated as any of those.
What you get is a technical reading of a chart: what the trend looks like, where support and resistance sit, what the momentum indicators say, and which risks are visible. That is analysis of what has already happened and what conditions currently look like.
Chartick is not licensed to give investment advice in any jurisdiction, does not know your circumstances, and cannot tell you what to buy or sell. Trading carries risk of loss. If you want advice, speak to a licensed professional in your country.
An AI chart scanner reads a price chart the way an analyst would and describes what it finds — trend direction, momentum, support and resistance, candlestick patterns and formations — without you having to work through it manually.
Chartick does this two ways. Pick a market from our list and it analyses live price data for that symbol, or upload a screenshot of any chart and it reads the image directly, including charts from TradingView, MT4 and MT5.
A scan usually takes well under a minute and returns a structured written read rather than a score or a signal.
It describes current conditions. It does not predict prices and does not tell you what to trade.
No. Chartick works on its own and does not connect to any broker.
You can analyse markets, upload chart screenshots, run Deep Dive, set Smart Alerts and build a watchlist without holding a trading account anywhere.
Chartick cannot place trades, and there is nothing to link — no API keys, no account numbers, no broker login. Many people use it purely to understand what a chart is doing.
If you do trade, you place orders with your broker as usual. Chartick sits alongside that as a reading tool, not between you and your money.
Yes. Switch the language to Arabic and analyses are written in Arabic — not machine-translated from English, but generated in Arabic.
The whole product follows: the interface, the Markets screen, Deep Dive, Smart Alerts, emails and the legal pages, all in a proper right-to-left layout rather than a mirrored English one.
You can change language at any time from your profile, and it applies on both the website and the Android app.
One current limit: the market search does not match Arabic company names yet, so use the ticker or four-digit Tadawul code to find a stock.
Getting started
Open www.chartick.ai and analyse a chart — you can try one analysis without an account. Pick any market from the Markets screen, or upload a screenshot of a chart from TradingView, MT4, MT5 or any other platform.
To keep going, create a free account with Google or an email address. That gives you three analyses. Verifying your phone number opens up a seven-day period with much higher limits, and after that your account stays free with a smaller ongoing allowance.
Chartick works the same on the website and in the Android app, on the same account. Nothing is deleted when a period ends.
Yes — one analysis, on the website, without an account. That free analysis is counted per network address rather than per person, so if several people share a connection it may already be used.
The Android app requires an account before you can analyse anything.
After that first analysis you will be asked to sign up. A free account with Google or email gives you three analyses, and verifying your phone number opens a seven-day period with substantially higher limits.
You can sign in two ways: with a Google account, or with an email address and password. Both work on the website and in the Android app, and both give you the same account.
If you sign up by email you will get a confirmation link — until you click it, sign-in will tell you the email is not yet verified and offer to resend it. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
One thing to know: your account is identified by the email you sign in with. Signing up with Google on one device and an email address on another creates two separate accounts, and those cannot be merged.
Yes. The same account works on the website and in the Android app — sign in with the same method on both and everything follows you.
The important word is same method. Your account is identified by the email address behind it, so signing in with Google on your phone and with an email and password on your laptop creates two separate accounts with separate history, even if you verify the same phone number on both.
Chartick cannot merge two accounts. If you are not sure which one holds your analyses, contact support@chartick.ai.
Almost everything is stored on our servers rather than on your device, so it appears wherever you sign in: your analysis history, your watchlist, your Smart Alerts, your free-usage allowance and your language.
This means your remaining allowance is shared — analyses you run on the website count against the same limit as ones you run in the app.
Only small display preferences are device-local. If something looks different between your phone and your laptop, the usual cause is being signed into two different accounts rather than a sync problem.
It happens most often when someone signs up with Google on one device and with an email address on another — those are two separate accounts, each with its own history and allowance.
Chartick cannot currently merge accounts. There is no automatic way to combine two profiles, and verifying the same phone number on both does not link them.
The practical fix is to choose the account you want to keep and sign in with that method from now on. If you cannot tell which account holds your analyses, email support@chartick.ai and we will help you identify it.
Chartick is fully available in English and Arabic. The website, the Android app, our emails and the legal pages are all translated, and the Arabic interface is properly right-to-left rather than a mirrored English layout.
Arabic is a first-class language for us, not an afterthought — a large part of our coverage is Gulf and MENA markets.
Other languages are not currently supported. If you reach Chartick in another language you will see the English interface.
Free access, plans & verification
Yes. Chartick has a free tier, and you can use it without entering payment details.
Without an account you get one analysis on the website. A free account gives you three. Verifying your phone number opens a seven-day period with much higher limits: 10 market analyses a day, a pool of 25 chart uploads for the week, 3 Deep Dives a day and 2 active Smart Alerts.
When those seven days end your account stays free — 3 market analyses a day, 10 chart uploads a month, 1 Deep Dive a day and 1 active Smart Alert. Nothing is deleted and you keep your account. Chartick Pro raises the limits for people who need more.
Verifying your phone number is what opens up Chartick properly. A free account gives you three analyses; verifying opens seven days of expanded access with 10 market analyses a day, 25 chart uploads for the period, 3 Deep Dives a day and 2 Smart Alerts.
It also helps us keep the free tier usable. Analyses cost us money to run, and a verified number makes it much harder for one person to create accounts endlessly and exhaust capacity everyone else relies on.
No card is required, nothing starts charging, and verifying does not sign you up to marketing messages.
The code arrives on WhatsApp first, as a message from Chartick to the number you entered.
If WhatsApp cannot reach you, Chartick automatically switches to SMS after about 45 seconds — you do not need to do anything, and the code is sent as a text message instead.
Enter the code on the verification screen to finish. If nothing arrives at all, check that the number is correct including the country code, and that you have signal or a data connection.
No. Verifying your phone number does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
The number is used to confirm your account and to send the verification code itself. Verification is a one-time step, not a subscription.
You may still receive service messages related to your account, such as a confirmation that verification succeeded.
How we use your phone number is set out in our Privacy Policy at www.chartick.ai/legal/privacy.
Verifying your phone number opens seven days of expanded access. During those seven days you get 10 market analyses per day, a pool of 25 chart uploads for the whole period, 3 Deep Dives per day and 2 active Smart Alerts.
The chart uploads are a pool rather than a daily limit — you can use all 25 in one day or spread them across the week, whichever suits you.
No card is required and nothing starts charging when the period ends. Your account simply moves to the ongoing free allowance, and everything you have already analysed stays in your account.
Your account stays free. When the seven days end you move to the ongoing free allowance: 3 market analyses per day, 10 chart uploads per month, 1 Deep Dive per day and 1 active Smart Alert.
Nothing is deleted. Smart Alerts you already created keep running; you just cannot create new ones beyond the limit.
One thing to expect: the number of past analyses visible in your history is 5 on the free tier. The older ones are not deleted — they are hidden, and they reappear if you upgrade to Pro.
It depends which allowance you mean, because Chartick uses three different clocks.
Daily allowances — market analyses and Deep Dives — reset at midnight UTC every day.
The free monthly pool of 10 chart uploads resets at the start of each calendar month, on Riyadh time.
The 25 chart uploads in the seven-day period are not a daily limit and do not reset — they cover the whole period.
The three analyses you get with a free unverified account are a lifetime total and never reset. Verifying your phone is what opens the recurring allowances.
An active Smart Alert is one that is armed and waiting for its condition to be met. The limit counts those, not alerts you have created in total.
You can have 2 active alerts during the seven-day period, 1 on the ongoing free tier, and 20 on Chartick Pro.
Because alerts fire once and then stop, a fired alert stops taking up a slot. If you are at your limit you can either wait for one to trigger or delete an alert you no longer need, and the slot frees up immediately.
They stay in your account. Verifying is optional and nothing is deleted if you skip it.
Without verification a free account includes three analyses in total. That is a lifetime allowance rather than a daily one, so it does not refill — once used, you would need to verify to continue analysing.
Everything you already ran remains available in your history, and your watchlist stays as you left it.
Verifying opens seven days with much higher limits and then an ongoing free allowance that refreshes daily. No card is needed at any point.
AI chart analysis
Open the Markets screen, find the market you want and tap Analyze. Chartick pulls live price data for that symbol, runs the analysis and returns the result, usually in well under a minute.
You can pick the timeframe first — 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day or 1 week. The default is 1 day.
Use the search box to find a market quickly. Saudi stocks can be found by their four-digit Tadawul code — typing 2222 finds Saudi Aramco — and US, currency, commodity and crypto markets can be found by ticker or company name.
Take a screenshot of any chart, then upload it on the Analyze screen — drag it in, browse for it, or use your phone camera.
Chartick accepts PNG, JPG, WEBP and iPhone HEIC images up to 10 MB. Large images are resized automatically before analysis, so you do not need to compress anything yourself.
You do not choose a timeframe for an upload. The model reads the chart image directly, including the symbol and timeframe where they are visible, so make sure the full chart is in frame. A cropped or heavily zoomed screenshot is the most common reason an upload cannot be read.
Yes. Chartick analyses a screenshot from any charting platform — TradingView, MetaTrader 4 and 5, your broker terminal, or a phone trading app.
Chartick reads the picture rather than connecting to the platform, so nothing needs to be linked and no login is shared. Whatever is visible in the image is what gets analysed.
For the best result capture the whole chart, keep the candles legible, and leave the symbol and timeframe labels visible so Chartick can identify the instrument and enrich the analysis with live market data.
When you analyse a market symbol you can choose from six timeframes: 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day and 1 week. The default is 1 day. This is the same on the website and in the Android app.
When you upload a chart screenshot there is no timeframe to pick — the model reads the timeframe from the image itself, so whatever timeframe your chart was on is what gets analysed.
Deep Dive runs on a primary timeframe and adds structural context from longer ones.
A standard analysis returns a structured read of the chart: a directional bias with a confidence figure, a momentum and strength assessment, support and resistance levels, the candlestick patterns and technical formations it identifies, and risk flags for anything notable such as an upcoming earnings date or a major economic event.
Where Chartick recognises the instrument, it enriches the analysis with live price data and calculated indicator values rather than relying on the image alone.
The analysis describes current conditions. It is not a recommendation, not a prediction and not advice — what you do with the reading is your decision.
Yes. Gold is one of the most analysed markets on Chartick and XAU/USD is covered directly, with live pricing and all six timeframes from 5 minutes to 1 week.
You can analyse it two ways: select gold from the Markets screen for an analysis built on live data, or upload a screenshot of your own gold chart from any platform.
A gold analysis returns the same structure as any other market — trend bias, momentum, support and resistance levels, patterns and risk flags. Silver (XAG/USD) and crude oil (WTI) are covered the same way.
Chartick reads the chart. It does not predict the gold price and does not tell you whether to trade it.
Yes. Chartick identifies candlestick patterns and reads the standard technical indicators, then explains what it found in plain language rather than leaving you with a list of names.
That covers the common single and multi-candle formations along with the broader structure — trend direction, momentum, and where support and resistance sit — plus indicator readings such as moving averages and relative strength where live data is available.
This works on both paths: analysing a market symbol from our list, or uploading a screenshot of your own chart. The explanation is descriptive — it tells you what the pattern is and what it typically indicates, not what you should do about it.
Because the market moved. Chartick reads live price data at the moment you run the analysis, so a chart analysed this morning and again this afternoon is genuinely a different chart.
The timeframe matters too — the same market can look bullish on the daily and bearish on the 15-minute, because each timeframe describes a different window.
AI analysis also involves some natural variation in how a reading is described, particularly on charts where the signals are mixed.
You can still run an analysis when a market is closed. Chartick uses the most recent available price data, so a weekend analysis of a stock market reflects the Friday close.
Chartick does not currently show a label telling you a market is closed, so it is worth knowing which of your markets trade when. Gulf exchanges are closed Friday and Saturday, US markets are closed Saturday and Sunday, currencies trade around the clock on weekdays, and crypto trades continuously.
Because the underlying data has not changed, repeat analyses over a closed weekend will read much the same. Chart uploads work exactly as normal at any time.
A gold analysis gives you the current XAU/USD price alongside a structured technical read: the directional bias with a confidence figure, momentum and strength, the support and resistance levels that matter right now, any candlestick patterns or formations it identifies, and risk flags for upcoming events.
You choose the timeframe — 5 minutes through to 1 week — and the levels are calculated from live price data rather than estimated from the picture.
You can run it on our gold market directly, or upload a screenshot of your own gold chart from any platform.
It describes what the chart is doing now. It is not a price forecast and not a recommendation to trade.
Yes. Silver is covered as XAG/USD with live pricing and all six timeframes, from 5 minutes to 1 week.
A silver analysis returns the same structure as any other market: trend bias with a confidence figure, momentum, support and resistance levels, patterns and risk flags.
Silver sits alongside gold, crude oil and the other commodities on the Markets screen. You can also upload a screenshot of your own silver chart from any platform and Chartick will read it directly.
Yes. Crude oil is covered as WTI with live pricing and all six timeframes.
An oil analysis returns the same structure as every other market — directional bias, momentum, support and resistance levels, patterns and risk flags — and the levels come from live price data rather than the image alone.
Oil sits with gold, silver and the other commodities on the Markets screen. You can also upload a screenshot of any oil chart, including Brent or a futures contract we do not track, and Chartick will analyse the image.
Chartick covers 12 currency pairs, including the majors — EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF — along with popular crosses such as EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY and AUD/JPY.
Each pair can be analysed on all six timeframes with live pricing, returning the same structure as any other market: bias, momentum, support and resistance, patterns and risk flags.
Because currencies trade around the clock on weekdays, you can analyse them at almost any hour.
If the pair you trade is not in the list, upload a screenshot of its chart from your platform and Chartick will read the image directly.
Usually 20 to 40 seconds. Chartick reads the chart, pulls live market data where it recognises the instrument, and writes up the result.
Tap once and wait. Tapping again starts a second analysis and uses a second one from your allowance for the same chart.
If an analysis fails it is not counted against you, so retrying costs nothing.
In the Android app, longer analyses continue in the background — you can leave the screen and come back to the finished result.
Deep Dive, Smart Alerts & Today
Deep Dive is Chartick's long-form analysis. Where a standard analysis gives you a fast read of one chart, Deep Dive assembles a fuller picture of a single market: structure across timeframes, where the key levels sit, an invalidation map showing the thresholds at which the current reading stops holding, and a written interpretation of what it all means.
It is built on a fixed data snapshot, so the numbers in a Deep Dive stay consistent when you reopen it later rather than shifting under you.
Deep Dive is available on market symbols from the Markets screen. Like every other Chartick output it describes conditions, and is not a recommendation.
A standard analysis is the quick read — one chart, one timeframe, returned in under a minute. Deep Dive is the thorough version of the same market: multi-timeframe structure, an invalidation map, confidence decay and a longer written interpretation.
They also use separate allowances. During the seven-day period after phone verification you get 3 Deep Dives per day; on the ongoing free tier it is 1 per day; Chartick Pro includes 100 per billing cycle. Standard analyses have their own separate daily allowance.
Use a standard analysis to check a chart quickly, and Deep Dive when you want to understand a market properly before committing time to it.
A Smart Alert watches a market for a condition you set and tells you when that condition is met — for example a price level being reached or an indicator crossing a threshold.
You choose the market and the conditions when you create the alert. Chartick then checks it automatically against live market data, so you do not need to keep the app open.
When it triggers you get a notification inside the app, and an email if you have email notifications switched on. Native mobile push is not live, so there is no phone banner.
An alert tells you a condition occurred. It does not tell you what to do about it and it is not a trading signal.
No. A Smart Alert fires once and then stops. When its condition is met you are notified and the alert becomes inactive rather than continuing to watch the market.
That matters for your limit, because the cap counts alerts that are currently active and waiting. An alert that has already fired no longer occupies a slot, so it frees up automatically.
If you want to keep watching the same condition, create the alert again after it fires. Active alert limits are 2 during the seven-day period, 1 on the ongoing free tier and 20 on Chartick Pro.
Today is your daily starting screen. It gathers what changed since you last looked: your Daily Brief, the markets showing the most activity, the markets on your watchlist and recent market news, all in one place.
It is designed for the check you do before the trading day rather than for browsing — the point is to see what is worth your attention without opening a dozen screens.
Today is on the website — including in your iPhone browser — and in the Android app. There is no iPhone app yet.
The Daily Brief is a short written summary of what is happening across your markets. It is prepared each morning and appears in the Today screen.
It covers the markets you follow, highlights notable moves and gives you the state of play in a few sentences instead of a wall of numbers.
The Brief is something you open, not something you receive — Chartick does not send it as a push notification or an email. Open Today whenever you are ready.
It is on the website — including in your iPhone browser — and in the Android app, and it describes market conditions rather than recommending any action.
Hot Markets shows the markets currently showing the most activity — the ones moving, breaking out of ranges or showing unusual momentum relative to their normal behaviour.
It is a way of finding where the action is when you do not already have a market in mind, rather than scrolling the full list of 161.
You will find it on the Markets screen and in Today. Tap any row to open that market and analyse it.
Hot Markets is a ranking of current activity, not a list of recommendations. A market appearing there means something is moving, not that it is worth trading.
Alerts you have already created keep running. Nothing is switched off and nothing is deleted when the seven-day period ends.
What changes is how many new ones you can have active at once: 2 during the seven days, then 1 on the ongoing free tier. So if you have two active alerts when the period ends, both continue — you simply cannot add another until one fires or you delete it.
Because alerts fire once and then stop, slots free up naturally.
Chartick Pro raises the limit to 20 active alerts.
Markets, watchlist, history & sharing
Chartick covers 161 markets across nine categories: 50 Saudi (Tadawul) stocks, 20 Abu Dhabi (ADX), 20 Qatar (QE) and 19 Egypt (EGX) listings, plus 15 US stocks, 6 indices, 12 currency pairs, 7 commodities and 12 cryptocurrencies.
That makes Gulf and MENA coverage the majority of the list — 109 of the 161 markets.
If the market you want is not on the list you can still analyse it: upload a screenshot of its chart from any platform and Chartick reads the image directly. That works for any instrument on any exchange, whether or not we track it.
Yes, and it is the core of what Chartick covers. 109 of our 161 markets are Gulf and MENA listings: 50 on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), 20 on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), 20 on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QE) and 19 on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Saudi stocks can be found by their four-digit Tadawul code — 2222 for Saudi Aramco, 1120 for Al Rajhi Bank — and prices are shown in the local currency of each exchange.
The whole product is available in Arabic with a proper right-to-left interface, not a translated English layout.
Yes. Chartick covers 12 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP and Cardano, with live pricing and the same six timeframes as every other market.
Crypto analysis returns the same structure as any other chart — trend bias, momentum, support and resistance, patterns and risk flags — and because crypto trades continuously you can analyse it at any hour.
You can also upload a screenshot of a coin we do not track from any exchange, and Chartick reads it directly. As with every market, Chartick analyses the chart and does not advise you whether to buy or sell.
The watchlist is where you keep the markets you follow, so you are not searching for the same symbols every time. Add a market from its page or the Markets screen and it appears in your watchlist across every device you sign in on.
From there you can jump straight into an analysis for any market on the list.
Your watchlist is tied to your account rather than your device, so it follows you between the website and the Android app. Adding or removing markets does not use any of your analysis allowance.
Your past analyses are saved to your account and you can open them from your history on the website or in the app.
The free tier shows your latest 5 analyses. Chartick Pro raises this to your latest 100.
Older analyses beyond that limit are hidden rather than deleted — they stay attached to your account, and if you upgrade to Pro they become visible again. Nothing is removed when a free period ends or a subscription lapses.
Yes. Type the four-digit code into the search box on the Markets screen and the stock comes up — 2222 for Saudi Aramco, 1120 for Al Rajhi Bank, 2010 for SABIC, 1010 for Riyad Bank.
This works on both the website and the Android app, and you can also search by the English company name.
Arabic company names are not searchable yet, so use the number or the English name for now. Chartick covers 50 Tadawul stocks; if the one you want is not listed, upload a screenshot of its chart and Chartick will analyse the image.
Chartick covers 50 stocks on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), spanning banking, petrochemicals, energy, telecom, healthcare, retail and real estate — including Saudi Aramco (2222), Al Rajhi Bank (1120), SABIC (2010), STC (7010), Ma'aden (1211) and ACWA Power (2082).
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and you can analyse any of them on all six timeframes, from 5 minutes to 1 week. The TASI index itself is also covered.
Find a stock by typing its four-digit code into the search box, or by its English company name. If a Saudi stock you follow is not in the list, upload a screenshot of its chart and Chartick will analyse the image directly.
Yes. Chartick covers 20 companies listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, including First Abu Dhabi Bank, e& (Emirates Telecom), ADNOC Distribution and Agility Global.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and every ADX stock can be analysed on all six timeframes, the same as any other market.
Search by ticker or English company name on the Markets screen. If a company you follow is not listed, upload a screenshot of its chart and Chartick will read the image directly.
Yes. Chartick covers 19 companies on the Egyptian Exchange, including Commercial International Bank, Telecom Egypt, Talaat Moustafa Group, El Sewedy Electric and QNB Alahli. The EGX 30 index is covered too.
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and all six timeframes are available.
One quirk worth knowing: Egyptian stocks are best found on the website by company name rather than by ticker. The Android app finds them by ticker as well. If you cannot locate one, search the company name or upload a screenshot of its chart.
Yes. Chartick covers 20 companies on the Qatar Stock Exchange, including Qatar National Bank, Industries Qatar, Woqod and Ooredoo.
Prices are shown in Qatari riyals and all six timeframes are available, the same as every other market.
Search by ticker or English company name on the Markets screen. Qatar is one of four Gulf and MENA exchanges Chartick covers, alongside Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Egypt — together 109 of our 161 markets.
Not yet. The market search matches ticker symbols, four-digit Tadawul codes and English company names, but not Arabic company names — so searching أرامكو will not find Saudi Aramco.
Use the Tadawul code instead, which is the fastest route: 2222 for Aramco, 1120 for Al Rajhi Bank, 2010 for SABIC. The English company name also works.
Arabic names are displayed correctly once you open a market, and the rest of the app is fully Arabic. It is only the search box that does not match on them yet.
Upload a screenshot of its chart. Chartick reads the image directly, so it can analyse any instrument on any exchange — including markets outside the 161 we track with live data.
Take the screenshot from TradingView, MetaTrader, your broker terminal or a phone app, keep the whole chart in frame and leave the symbol and timeframe labels visible.
You get the same analysis structure: bias, momentum, support and resistance, patterns and risk flags. The only difference is that levels come from the image rather than from our live data feed.
If there is a market you would like added to the tracked list, tell us at support@chartick.ai.
Web & mobile apps
Both work on the same account with the same analyses and the same allowance, so it comes down to what you need.
The website is the only place you can try an analysis without an account.
The Android app is the only place you can subscribe to Chartick Pro, and it handles longer analyses in the background so you can leave the screen while one runs. It also delivers Smart Alert notifications inside the app.
Most people use both — the app day to day, the website when they want a bigger screen. Your history, watchlist and alerts follow you between them.
Yes. The Chartick Android app is available on Google Play, in English and Arabic.
It does everything the website does — market analysis, chart uploads, Deep Dive, Smart Alerts, watchlist and Today — on the same account, so your history and watchlist follow you between devices.
Two things are app-only: subscribing to Chartick Pro, and running longer analyses in the background so you can leave the screen while one completes.
When a Smart Alert triggers, Chartick notifies you in two ways: in the app itself, and by email if you have email notifications switched on in your settings.
Native mobile push for Smart Alerts is not live on any plan. If you are waiting for a banner on your phone, that is why you have not seen one — open the app or check your email instead.
The Daily Brief works the same way: it is generated for you each morning and waits in the Today screen rather than being sent to you.
Yes. Everything works in your browser at www.chartick.ai — market analysis, chart uploads, Deep Dive, Smart Alerts, watchlist and Today — on phone, tablet or computer.
The website is also the only place you can try an analysis without an account.
Two things are app-only on Android: subscribing to Chartick Pro, and running longer analyses in the background so you can leave the screen while one completes.
On iPhone the browser is currently the only option, since there is no iOS app yet. You can add the site to your home screen from Safari so it opens like an app.
Pro, billing & cancellation
Chartick Pro is the paid plan for people who use Chartick regularly and run out of free allowance.
It raises every limit: 100 market analyses per day, 100 chart uploads and 100 Deep Dives per billing cycle, 20 active Smart Alerts, and your latest 100 analyses visible in history instead of 5.
Pro is a subscription billed through Google Play and is purchased in the Chartick Android app. There is no way to subscribe on the website or on iPhone.
Every Chartick feature is usable on the free tier — Pro mainly raises the ceilings. The one access difference is history depth: the free tier shows your latest 5 analyses, Pro your latest 100.
Pro includes 100 market analyses per day, 100 chart uploads per billing cycle, 100 Deep Dives per billing cycle and 20 active Smart Alerts.
It also extends your visible history from the latest 5 analyses to the latest 100, so past work stays available to look back on.
Market analysis, chart uploads, Deep Dive, Smart Alerts, the watchlist and Today are all usable on the free tier — Pro raises the ceilings. The one access difference is history depth: 5 visible analyses on free, 100 on Pro.
It is billed monthly through Google Play, renews until you cancel, and is purchased in the Android app.
Chartick Pro is 9 US dollars per month, billed through Google Play.
You subscribe inside the Chartick Android app. Google converts the price to your local currency and applies any tax that is due in your country, so the amount you are charged may differ slightly from the dollar figure.
There is no annual plan — Pro is monthly only today. It also cannot be purchased on the website or on iPhone.
Pro is a subscription: once you subscribe, Google Play renews it each month until you cancel. The free tier is separate — it needs no card and is never charged.
Cancel through Google Play, since that is where the subscription is billed. Open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Chartick and tap Cancel subscription.
You can also manage it from your Google account on the web.
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Chartick cannot cancel a subscription for you, because we do not process the payment — Google does. Your account itself stays open and moves back to the free tier.
Your account stays open and moves back to the free tier — 3 market analyses per day, 10 chart uploads per month, 1 Deep Dive per day and 1 active Smart Alert.
Nothing is deleted. Your analyses, watchlist and settings all remain attached to your account.
One change to expect: visible history returns to the latest 5 analyses instead of 100. The older ones are hidden rather than removed, and they reappear if you subscribe again.
Smart Alerts you already created keep running; you simply cannot create new ones beyond the free limit.
Your receipt comes from Google, not from Chartick, because Google Play processes the payment.
Google emails a receipt to your Google account address after every charge. You can also see your full billing history in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and order history, where each order can be opened and printed.
For a tax invoice, or if a receipt has not arrived, contact Google Play support — they are the merchant of record and Chartick has no access to your payment records.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy, since Google processes the payment rather than Chartick.
Request one from the Play Store: open Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and order history, select the Chartick order and choose Report a problem. Google decides the outcome.
Google generally handles recent purchases most easily, so it is worth requesting promptly if something has gone wrong.
Chartick cannot issue or approve a refund directly. If the problem is with the product rather than the payment, email support@chartick.ai and we will help.
Chartick Pro is currently sold only through the Google Play Store, inside the Android app. That is where the subscription is billed and managed.
There is no web checkout, and the iPhone browser cannot be used to subscribe either. The website shows the plans and what they include, but the purchase itself happens in the Android app.
If you use an iPhone, everything on the free tier works fully in Safari — Pro is the only part that is unavailable.
An iOS app is planned. Until it exists, we would rather say so plainly than take a payment through a route we cannot support.
Not yet. Chartick Pro is currently monthly only, at 9 US dollars per month billed through Google Play.
An annual option is not available to buy and has no price set. Where the pricing page shows it as coming soon, that is all it means today.
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from the Play Store, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If that changes, the pricing page is where it will show up first.
Privacy, data & safety
Chartick collects what it needs to run your account: your email address, your name if you provide one, your phone number if you verify it, your country, and the analyses, watchlist and alerts you create.
Chart images you upload are processed to produce your analysis. We also collect standard technical information such as device type and general usage data to keep the service working.
We do not ask for and never need your brokerage login, trading account details or payment card — Pro payments are handled entirely by Google Play.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy at www.chartick.ai/legal/privacy.
No. Chartick does not sell your personal data.
We share it only with the service providers needed to run the product — for example our hosting and database provider, the AI provider that processes chart analysis, and the email and messaging services that send verification codes and notifications. They process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
Your analyses are private to your account unless you deliberately create a share link.
Our Privacy Policy at www.chartick.ai/legal/privacy sets out every category and who it goes to.
Upload the chart, not your account. Crop the screenshot to the chart itself and leave out anything personal.
In practice that means avoiding your account number, balance, open positions, order history, name or broker login details — all of which sit around the edges of a trading terminal and are easy to capture without noticing.
Chartick only needs the price chart to produce an analysis. Nothing else in the image improves the result.
Anything you upload is stored with your account, and it is included if you later create a public share link for that analysis.
No. Chartick does not guarantee that any analysis is accurate, and no analysis should be treated as a prediction.
Chartick reads a chart and describes what it sees — trend, momentum, levels, patterns. Markets move for reasons no chart contains, including news, policy and events, and any technical reading can be overtaken within minutes.
AI analysis can also misread an unclear image or an unusual chart.
Treat an analysis as one input among several, not as an answer. Trading carries the risk of losing money, and every decision you make is your own responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Chartick.
Our Terms of Service limit the service to people aged 18 or over, and our Privacy Policy states that we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into an agreement where you live.
If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact support@chartick.ai and we will remove it.
Chartick does not use your uploaded charts to train AI models. We do not build models from your data and we do not sell it.
To produce your analysis, the chart image is sent to our AI provider, processed and returned. It is stored with your account so you can reopen the analysis later.
As a general habit, crop screenshots to the chart itself and leave out account numbers, balances and open positions — good practice with any online tool.
Our Privacy Policy at www.chartick.ai/legal/privacy describes how uploads are handled.
There is no self-service export in Chartick today — no button that packages your data into a file.
You can see most of what we hold from inside the product: your analyses in history, your watchlist, your alerts and your profile details.
If you want a copy of your personal data, email support@chartick.ai from the address on your account and we will handle it manually.
Our Privacy Policy at www.chartick.ai/legal/privacy sets out your rights over your data.
Chartick never asks for anything that could move your money. We do not want your broker login, your trading account credentials or your card details, and there is no way to connect a brokerage account.
Pro payments are handled entirely by Google Play, so we never see your card.
Your analyses are private to your account. They only become visible to anyone else if you deliberately create a share link.
The main thing to be careful about is your own screenshots: crop them to the chart and leave out account numbers, balances and open positions.
Troubleshooting & support
Wait about a minute first. The code is sent on WhatsApp, and if that does not reach you Chartick switches to SMS automatically after roughly 45 seconds — so the message may simply be on its way by a different route.
If nothing arrives, check the number you entered including the country code, make sure you have signal or data, and look in your WhatsApp archived chats.
If you see a message about too many attempts, the phone network has temporarily blocked further codes. Wait a few hours and try again — trying repeatedly makes it last longer.
Still stuck? Email support@chartick.ai or message us on WhatsApp.
If you entered the wrong number and have not verified yet, go back and enter the correct one, then request a new code.
If you have already verified with the wrong number, there is no self-service way to change it — Chartick does not currently have a change-my-number option.
Email support@chartick.ai from the address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp. Include the correct number so we have what we need to look into it.
Do not create a second account to work around it. Accounts cannot be merged, and you would leave your history behind.
Check the file first. Chartick accepts PNG, JPG, WEBP and iPhone HEIC images up to 10 MB — a screenshot from your phone or computer is normally fine.
If the upload works but the analysis fails, the image is usually the problem: the chart is cropped, zoomed too far in, too small to read, or is not a price chart. Retake the screenshot with the full chart visible, candles legible and the symbol and timeframe labels in frame.
A failed analysis does not use up your allowance, so retrying costs you nothing.
If a clear, full-size chart still fails, send it to support@chartick.ai and we will look at it.
Chartick has several separate allowances, so the first thing to check is which one you have reached — the message will tell you.
Market analyses and Deep Dives are daily and reset at midnight UTC. Chart uploads are a pool: 25 across the seven-day period, or 10 per calendar month (Riyadh time) on the free tier. Smart Alerts are a number of active alerts rather than a rate.
A failed analysis is not counted against you. If an analysis errors out, that attempt is not deducted. Waiting for the reset costs nothing, and Chartick Pro raises every limit if you regularly run out.
Almost always this means you are signed into two different accounts.
Your account is identified by the email address behind it, so signing in with Google on your phone and with an email and password on your laptop creates two separate accounts — each with its own history, watchlist and allowance — even if you verified the same phone number on both.
Check which method you used on each device. Signing in the same way on both will show the same data.
Chartick cannot merge two accounts. If you are unsure which one holds your analyses, email support@chartick.ai and we will help you identify it.
The most common reason is that you are expecting a phone banner. Native mobile push for Smart Alerts is not live — alerts arrive inside the app and by email instead.
So check the alerts area in the app first, then the inbox for the email address on your account, including spam.
If email alerts are not arriving at all, make sure email notifications are switched on in your settings, and check that your alert actually triggered — an alert only fires when its condition is met, and it fires once.
Two ways: email support@chartick.ai, or message us on WhatsApp.
The team answers in English and Arabic, Sunday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 GMT+3. We are closed on Saturday.
It helps to include the email address on your account and, if something failed, roughly when it happened and what you saw on screen — a screenshot is ideal.
For payment, refund or receipt questions, contact Google Play support instead: Pro is billed by Google and we have no access to your payment records.
Wait about a minute before doing anything. Chartick sends the code on WhatsApp first, and if that does not reach you it switches to SMS automatically after roughly 45 seconds — so a text message may already be on its way.
If nothing arrives, check that the number you entered is correct including the country code, that WhatsApp is working on that number, and that the message has not landed in your archived chats.
Requesting code after code does not help and can trigger a temporary block. Give it a minute, then try once more.
Still nothing? Email support@chartick.ai or message us on WhatsApp.
That message comes from the phone network, not from Chartick. After several verification requests in a short period, the provider temporarily blocks further codes to that number as an anti-abuse measure.
The block clears on its own. Wait a few hours before trying again — requesting more codes in the meantime extends it rather than clearing it.
When you come back, double-check the number including the country code before requesting, so one attempt is enough.
If it persists the next day, email support@chartick.ai with the number and we will look into it.
Because those apps open links in their own built-in browser, and Google refuses to process sign-in inside an embedded browser for security reasons. The error comes from Google, not from Chartick.
Two ways around it. Open Chartick in a real browser — tap the menu in the corner of the in-app browser and choose Open in Chrome, Open in Safari or Open in browser — then sign in with Google normally.
Or sign in with your email address and password instead, which works fine inside those in-app browsers.
Once you are signed in, everything works as usual.
Yes. Chartick accepts iPhone screenshots and photos, including Apple's HEIC format, alongside PNG, JPG and WEBP. The limit is 10 MB and larger images are resized automatically.
A screenshot works better than a photo of a screen — photos add glare and angle, which make the candles harder to read.
Keep the whole chart in frame and leave the symbol and timeframe labels visible so Chartick can identify the market.
There is no iPhone app yet, but chartick.ai works fully in Safari and you can add it to your home screen.
You have most likely reached the number of alerts that can be active at once: 2 during the seven-day period after phone verification, 1 on the ongoing free tier, and 20 on Chartick Pro.
The limit counts alerts that are armed and waiting. Because an alert fires once and then stops, a triggered alert stops taking up a slot automatically.
So you can either delete an alert you no longer need, which frees the slot immediately, or wait for one to trigger.
If you have not reached the limit and creation still fails, check that every condition has a valid number filled in.
Sessions expire after a period of inactivity, and signing in on a new device or clearing your browser data will also end an existing session. Nothing has happened to your account.
Sign in again with the same method you used originally — Google, or your email and password — and your history, watchlist and alerts will all be there.
If signing back in shows an empty account, you are probably in a second account: signing up with Google on one device and email on another creates two separate accounts. Check which method you used.
Chartick cannot merge accounts, so email support@chartick.ai if you are unsure which one is yours.
Chartick limits how many analyses can be started from one connection in a short window, to keep the service responsive for everyone. Running several analyses in quick succession can trigger it.
The cap is applied per minute, so trying again shortly is normally all that is needed. Nothing is deducted from your allowance.
It can also appear on a shared or office connection where several people use Chartick at once, since the limit applies to the connection rather than the account.
This is separate from your daily allowance. If you have hit that instead, the message will tell you which limit you reached and when it resets.
This affects Egyptian (EGX) stocks specifically. In the Android app you can find them by ticker, for example CIB or ETEL. On the website that search does not match yet, so the ticker returns nothing.
On the website, search the company name instead — Commercial International Bank rather than CIB — and the stock will come up.
Every other exchange behaves the same on both: Saudi stocks by four-digit code, Abu Dhabi and Qatar stocks by ticker, US stocks by ticker or company name.
We know about this one and it is on the list to fix.
