Delete Your Account
If you would like to delete your Chartick account and all associated data, you can request deletion by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to support@chartick.ai from the email address associated with your Chartick account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- All chart analyses and scan history
- Watchlist data
- Push notification subscriptions
What May Be Retained
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
- Data required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Chartick again.
