Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Chartick account and all associated data, you can request deletion by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@chartick.ai from the email address associated with your Chartick account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  3. We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
  • All chart analyses and scan history
  • Watchlist data
  • Push notification subscriptions

What May Be Retained

  • Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Data required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Chartick again.
