Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Chartick Pro, a service operated by Kordotech LTD (“Chartick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). How a refund works depends on where you bought your subscription.

1. Purchases on chartick.ai

Orders placed on chartick.ai are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders.

  • Refund requests: you can request a refund within 14 days of any subscription charge.
  • Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. We take into account how much Pro has been used in that period — for example, a charge after which a Pro daily limit was reached will generally not be refunded.
  • Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
  • After 14 days, charges are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
  • Billing mistakes — such as a duplicate charge — are always refunded.
  • To request a refund, email support@chartick.ai from the email address on your Chartick account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.

2. Purchases in the Android or iPhone app

Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store are billed by Google or Apple, and refunds are decided by them under their own policies:

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period — to get money back, request a refund as described above.

  • chartick.ai: use the link in your Paddle receipt, or email us and we will cancel it for you.
  • Google Play / App Store: manage the subscription in your store account settings.

4. What happens after a refund

When a charge is refunded, Pro access for that period ends. Your account, history, and saved analyses are not deleted, and you keep the free features.

5. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
