By accessing or using Chartick, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Chartick is an AI-powered analytical tool designed to assist users in understanding financial market structures and chart data. The Service:

• Generates automated analysis based on chart image uploads or selected market assets
• Provides structured insights such as trend bias, technical levels, indicators, and potential trade considerations
• Does not execute trades
• Does not manage funds
• Does not provide personalized financial advice

Chartick is an analytical framework, not a signal provider.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All analysis generated by the AI is informational and educational in nature. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Market conditions change rapidly and unpredictably
• No outcome, profit, or performance is guaranteed
• AI-generated trade ideas, bias assessments, and pattern recognition are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
• You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make
• You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making financial decisions

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older in relation to financial market use. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

Chartick may offer different usage tiers, including:

• Guest access — limited analysis without registration
• Email-registered users — expanded analysis quota
• Phone-verified users — daily analysis quota with trial period
• Broker-linked users — unlimited analysis

Access limits, features, and analysis quotas may vary by tier. We reserve the right to modify or suspend any tier or feature at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API endpoints
• Circumvent usage quotas or rate limits through automated means
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

When you upload a chart image for analysis:

• You represent that you have the right to use and share the image
• The image is sent to OpenAI for processing and is subject to OpenAI’s Terms of Use
• You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Chartick a limited license to process such content for analysis purposes

Chartick includes a share feature that allows you to generate public links to your analysis results. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Public share links are accessible to anyone — any person with the URL can view the shared analysis, including the verdict, confidence score, asset name, and branded card image
• Search engines may index shared content — public share pages include Open Graph metadata and may appear in search engine results
• Third parties may redistribute shared links — once a link is shared on social media, messaging apps, or any other channel, Chartick has no control over further distribution or copying of the content
• Chartick is not responsible for external redistribution — we are not liable for how third parties use, share, embed, screenshot, or redistribute content from public share links
• Shared content may persist — public share links remain accessible unless you explicitly request their deletion by contacting us

Do not share analysis that contains personal, confidential, or sensitive information. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share publicly.

Chartick may provide links to or integrations with third-party brokers. You acknowledge that:

• Any broker is an independent third party
• Chartick is not a broker
• Chartick does not hold, manage, or control user funds
• Any account opening or trading activity is solely between you and the broker
• Chartick is not responsible for broker performance, platform functionality, or regulatory status

The Service relies on artificial intelligence models and third-party data providers. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI-generated outputs
• Real-time completeness of market data
• Continuous availability of the Service

Market data is provided by TwelveData and other third-party sources. Data may be delayed and should not be relied upon for real-time trading decisions. Users accept that AI-generated analysis may be incomplete or incorrect.

All software, design, branding, and proprietary analysis frameworks are owned by Chartick and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service
• Reverse-engineer the platform
• Use automated tools to extract data

Users retain ownership of content they upload (such as chart images), but grant Chartick a limited license to process such content for analysis purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chartick shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Lost profits
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on AI-generated output

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Chartick operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
